How much will this cost?
We make sure to always provide you with upfront pricing. Some companies have you sign a contract without telling you how much the cleanup will cost. Always ask for a total price upfront. There is no reason an experience, knowledgeable company cannot provide an estimate after looking at a scene. If they refuse to provide a price and want to start the cleanup, I would ask them to leave. ASAP.
We are one of the only Biohazard cleanup companies in Florida that DOES NOT pay commission to the technicians based on the price of the cleanup. This is very important so our community doesn't get over charged. It is sad that most companies feel they must take advantage of the customer during such a vulnerable time.
Don't get taken advantage of
Some Biohazard Cleanup Companies will tell you that your insurance will cover the cost and not to worry at all. Or that the cleanup will only cost $500, which can sometimes be your deductible, but this is not true for everyone. In the 20+ years we have been in the Biohazard Cleanup industry, we have seen many people be declined coverage due to their policy. We are not able to promise you that insurance will cover a cleanup. We are here to help with your claim and assist with insurance adjusters so your cleanup is covered. But remember all policies are different and there is no way of knowing if you have coverage without you calling.
Do not sign contracts without pricing upfront.
In all the years Absolute Bio-Clean has been providing services to our community, it has dishearten us to see how many companies take advantage of grieving family members. Don't ever sign anything without being completely sure of the services they are providing, that you are comfortable and trust what they are saying and lastly; that they are upfront with you on how much they are charging.
Absolute Bio-Clean will never over charge you or your insurance company. We will never charge more just because insurance is paying for it. We will always be upfront with you and make sure you are completely comfortable with the process. We are here for you. We are in this business to assist you in one of the most confusing and vulnerable time you might ever experience. The last thing you should ever have to worry about is being taken advantage off.
